Our advisory packages, and how to choose the right starting point
Most HVAC owners don't lack advice. They get it from suppliers, from their agency, from a brother-in-law who runs a restaurant. What they lack is advice with a structure: a defined question, a fixed scope, a written answer and someone who checks back in thirty days to see whether anything changed. HVACConsultants.ca sells exactly that, in three packages that can be bought one at a time.
Three packages, each with an end date
The answer to "what do you actually sell?" is three stages, and you can stop after any of them.
| Package | What you get | Typical length |
|---|---|---|
| Business Diagnostic | A written findings report on marketing, call handling, operations and numbers | 3–4 weeks |
| 90-Day Growth Plan | Three priorities with owners, deadlines and fortnightly check-ins | One quarter |
| Advisory Retainer | A standing monthly relationship for decisions as they come up | Month to month |
A fourth package, Marketing and Vendor Oversight, sits beside the others for owners who already pay an agency or several software vendors and want an independent read on whether the money is working. The services overview explains how to choose between them.
Why packages instead of hourly advice
Packages force both sides to agree on the question before the clock starts. An hourly consultant gets paid more when a problem stays vague. A package with a written scope gets finished when the question is answered, and that changes how the work feels.
Here is a worked example. Say your company books 420 service calls a year at an average ticket of $480, and converts 30% of quoted replacements worth $9,500 each from 140 quotes. A diagnostic that finds a 5-point gap in quote conversion is pointing at roughly seven more replacements a year, or about $66,500 in revenue, before anyone spends a dollar on new leads. That is the kind of finding a package is built to produce: specific, checkable and ranked against the other things you could fix.
Marketing, operations and growth, in one room
HVAC problems rarely stay in their lane. Weak leads look like a marketing problem until you find out half the calls ring out between 7 and 9 a.m. A slow season looks like a demand problem until you see that maintenance agreements were never renewed in August. Our packages look at the whole chain:
- Marketing: where calls come from, what each source costs and which pages and profiles actually produce work
- Operations: call answering, dispatch, quoting, follow-up and the hand-off between office and field
- Growth: pricing, service mix, maintenance agreements, hiring timing and when to add a new service line or territory
We are a marketing and business consulting service. We do not install, repair or service equipment, and we don't offer engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. Those belong to your licensed team and your provincial regulator.
Proof from our HVAC work
Ali Sedighi has built 150+ live HVAC websites, and the case studies are public. CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth. GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat that now serves 26+ BC communities, which is exactly the kind of growth decision an advisory package is meant to support. CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI with 300+ monthly leads. The results page explains what each case shows and what transfers to a different company.
Who leads the work
Every package is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA in Technology Management, with 17+ years of experience since founding the digital marketing agency ONE.ir in 2007. He founded Conv.ca and MyAutomation.ca, is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca, and has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai. HVACConsultants.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group and is run from Vancouver, BC. You will not be handed to a junior account team, because there isn't one. Read more on the about page.
Across Canada, adjusted for your province
We work with HVAC companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories. A package for a furnace-heavy shop in Saskatoon looks different from one for a heat-pump installer in Halifax or a boiler specialist in Montréal, because fuel mix, programs, regulators and language rules differ. The areas we cover page breaks this down region by region.
How to start
Call, text or email with a short description of what feels stuck. You'll hear back with a proposed package and price in writing, and the HVAC.Agency 7-day free trial, a no-cost digital marketing audit with no credit card, is available if you want to see how we think first. See pricing for how packages are quoted, or the FAQ for the questions owners ask most.

How it works
Describe where the business is stuck
Send three numbers if you have them: last year's revenue, your average job value and how many calls you missed last month. Rough figures are fine.
Get a written scope before anything is billed
We reply with a proposed package, what it covers, what it doesn't, how long it runs and the price, all in writing. You decide with nothing signed.
Start with one conversation
No forms and no sales sequence. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.
Frequently asked questions
What is HVACConsultants.ca?
HVACConsultants.ca sells structured advisory packages on marketing, operations and growth to Canadian HVAC and heating companies, as a marketing and business consulting service. The brand belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, runs from a Vancouver, BC head office and answers to Ali Sedighi, MBA.
Are you an HVAC contractor or a mechanical consultant?
Neither. We do not install, repair or service equipment, and we offer business and marketing consulting, not engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. Our clients are the companies that do that work.
How much does an advisory package cost?
Advisory packages are quoted in writing after a first conversation, because a two-truck shop and a forty-person company need different scopes. If you also want marketing carried out for you, the HVAC.Agency plans start at $2,998 per month plus GST/HST for your province.
Who actually does the advising?
Ali Sedighi leads every package personally. If a package needs specialist help, for example a developer or a bookkeeper, that person and their role are named and agreed in writing before they touch anything.
Do I have to sign up for the retainer?
No. Each stage stands on its own. Many owners stop after the diagnostic and run the plan themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome.
Can you promise more leads or revenue?
No one honest can. We can show you the arithmetic behind each recommendation, the results from our HVAC work such as CanroHeat.ca's 250% lead growth, and how progress will be measured each month.
